There is an error / defect in the order, can I return it?

Of course! We are humans too and we often make mistakes. If we have made an involuntary failure (something is missing in the order, we have sent the wrong product) we will try to solve it as soon as possible without any additional costs.

Please contact us, and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

¿Can I return the product for personal reasons?

Yes, you have up to 14 calendar days from the day you received the product if you want to return it for personal reasons. Be aware that the ongoing and return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

If  that is the case, please contact us and we will give you the instructions so you can return your product.

Products that cannot be returned

The following products cannot be returned (expect if there is a mistake from us):

  1. Customized.
  2. Made according to customer requirements

Conditions to accept a product return

Regardless of the reason for the return, any return must be previously authorized by Mi Mini Mundo. In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Customized and products made according to customer requirements cannot be returned
  • Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you recived the product.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
  • Products cannot be used. No refund will be made if the products are not in the same conditions in which they were shipped.

How can I return a product?

  1. Contact us explaining what has happened.
  2. Do not send the product back until we contact you.
  3. Send us the product back.
  4. When we receive the product back we will review that the conditions to accept a return are fulfilled.
  5. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made as soon as possible (once the products have been received) and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you informed us of your intention to return. The refund will always be made on the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase.

Note: The ongoing shipping cost will be deducted from the quantity refunded on returns for personal reasons.
